Young's Appraisal Service is the headquarters for the Certified Residential Appraisers Jonathan E Young and Lance J Young. Jonathan, or called most by "Jon", has been licensed/certified in residential appraising for over 23 years. He has significant competency in typical single-family residential properties, proposed construction plans, and vacant land. Jon strives to provide his clients with what the most accurate values using the necessary approaches to value. Lance, Jon's son, received his Certification in June of 2016. After being raised around the real estate industry, Lance is now developing his career in the industry. He plans to eventually expand his appraisal competency to commercial valuation. |
